Highlights

Gullfoss Waterfall
Say hello to Gullfoss, the “Golden Falls” that’s a real showstopper on Iceland’s Golden Circle! This epic waterfall sends glacial water tumbling down a two-tiered drop into a dramatic canyon, kicking up mist and rainbows like it’s no big deal. It’s the perfect spot for jaw-dropping photos and feeling the raw power of nature—just be prepared to have your mind (and maybe your hair) blown!
Geysir Geothermal Area
Meet Geysir—the OG of geysers and the reason we call them that! Located in Iceland’s Haukadalur Valley, this hothead used to blast boiling water 80 meters into the sky. While Geysir is a bit of a sleepyhead nowadays, his sprightly neighbor Strokkur puts on a spectacular show every few minutes, shooting water up to 30 meters high. It’s a steaming good time that’ll make you gey-seriously impressed!
Kerið Crater
Kerið, Iceland’s vibrant volcanic crater that’s anything but ordinary! Located along the Golden Circle, this striking natural wonder is a splash of color in Iceland’s rugged landscape. With its fiery red walls, deep blue lake, and emerald green moss, Kerið looks like a painter went wild with nature’s palette. The crater is around 3,000 years old and offers a perfect blend of adventure and tranquility—you can walk around the rim or even hike down to the lake for a closer look. It’s like stepping into a prehistoric masterpiece, where every angle is picture-perfect. So, grab your camera and your sense of wonder—Kerið is ready to impress!
Thingvellir National Park
Thingvellir National Park is one of Iceland’s most significant and awe-inspiring destinations, where natural beauty and rich history blend together to create an unforgettable experience. This UNESCO World Heritage Site holds a special place in Icelandic history and geography, making it an essential stop for anyone visiting the country. Thingvellir (Þingvellir) is known as the birthplace of Alþingi, the world’s first democratic parliament, which was established in 930 AD. One of the most famous features of Thingvellir is the Almannagjá gorge, a massive canyon that’s part of the tectonic rift. Visitors can hike along this stunning trail, which offers spectacular views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Walking through this gorge, you can sense the slow but relentless movement of the earth’s crust beneath your feet and hidden within the park is the beautiful Öxarárfoss waterfall, where the Öxará river cascades over volcanic rocks into the Almannagjá canyon. This picturesque waterfall provides a serene setting for a peaceful hike and is an ideal spot for photography.
Brúárfoss
Brúarfoss is a beautiful waterfall on the Golden Circle route. It is known for its unique clear blue color, which is caused by the way the light reflects off the fine sedimentary rocks in the water. Brúarfoss is part of Brúará river which flows through a lush landscape and forms the waterfall where the river narrows through a narrow gorge.
The Icelandic horse
This stop is optional but on the way we can have a short meeting with the Icelandic horse, pet its nose and feed it horse candy! Or just watch and take a nice photo of you with this amazing and respected animal in Iceland.
